第1個住宅物業已做9成按現已出租,現購第2個報自住是否最多只可做5成按?

HKMC will know that your mortgaged property is for self-occupied or investment because HKMC has right to require you to provide the proof (i.e water biii, electricity bill and etc) to show that the mortgaged property is for self-occupied after 1year from loan drawdown.作者: FRANCK16810N 時間: 2013-1-17 22:27

The current mortgage started 4 years ago and all the water and electricity bills under my name. I need to apply a new mortgage for new flat now. Some of the banks state should be OK for 50%~70% mortgage for the new flat by without knowing the current mortgage is for self-occupied.作者: thomas51808I 時間: 2013-1-22 10:40
